Shipping policy

1. Order Fulfill Time

The orders will be shipped within 5-13 business days after the payment.

The orders will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday and we close on the weekends and on some major holidays. If you place an order before the weekend, please expect your order to be fulfilled on the following Monday. 

2. Tax And Customs Clearance

The order payment does NOT include the tax.

You may be subject to applicable customs, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Additionally, the order may be subject to applicable customs inspections and holds which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the recipient to resolve.
